I think you will see an absolute flurry of this type of reverse acquisition in the coming months, if not years. Chinese growth was originally fueled (for the last 30 years) by selling their labor to the west. Now they have the broad-based economic capital to start selling, in a big way, to their own people... and the market is gargantuan.
