If it was 360m and OS is 450m then total would be 810m. The 360m would be only 44.4%, how would you get 80% voting rights out of 44.4%. 360m is wrong. I’m not bashing, I think we are fine, no surprises in the 8K. A little confused about the discrepancy between T/A’s outstanding count and the 8K’s but believe it has to do with the Series C.
I have a guess about what’s going on. Take the converted value of the Series C. If 50% of the total 50% that is Tom’s were converted and 100% of those not Toms were converted and that number is added to the O/S listed in the 8K what is the O/S number? Does that number look familiar?
