Alaric, this seems like our explanation, the TA is correct plus or minus...lol and the 8K is correct. Management May have just raised 5-10 million dollars in the past 30 days....

but, doesn't the 8K say as of Oct 23, the share count is 450M? the TA reported 650M before Oct 23. So is the 8K wrong?

but that would always be at the .025 price. Correct?
