Thats not right. Series B is convertable to 4 times O/S.
4 * 450m = 1.8b if series b was fully converted.
1.8b + 450m = 2.25b
.2 * 2.25b = 450m
.8 * 2.25b = 1.8b
Not putting Series C into the equation. This has been known for a long time and was obvious from past filing. Anyone doing DD should of already been aware of this.
At this time Series B is not considered part of the O/S and doesn't figure into market cap and it may never be.
