I think the company needs to explain the discrepancy.

It's a big difference and they do say 450 million and change at close of the merger which apparently was Oct 23 according to the filing.

For now , I TRUST 8-K, than anything else. It has gone through atleast 10 review cycle, and they cannot do this blunder in such an important filing.

But one thing, I love here is that, though, as a shareholder, this is Steller news, we all still need to dig and find out why 452m?
