pardon me for not being as smart as you.
i have read the paragraph several times and doesn't make sence to me. i presume you know and then spot my mistake and hopefully clear up me wrong thinking, or some other who can perhaps say/explain it to me so i can understand. this is what i can/cannot figure out.
referance mess # 78138.
it says 1,458,236 series
"liquidation preferance" not sure what that means.
then it says,
liquidation preferance, $4.00 or $5,832,944 or 4 times 1,458,236 series c shares @ $1.00 each.
then it says that it takes 4 series c shares to have 1 common share redeamable at 85% of market price.
any clearification would be appreciated. b
