Until its updated, the data you find may not be that of the newly reorganized Company now called 141 Capital, so the information you find will be useless until the newly organized Company records hit the street.
At this point in time though, what is important is that the ticker has been released which tells us the deal is done and a PR is forthcoming.
Depending on where Spooz Caps 141, Spzi shares could be pegged at .10 literally overnight.
