Some of you amaze me! Here's a list for some of the miscalculations on this board:
1.Many of you seem to think that Tom would jeopardize his personal as well as family reputation over a stock scam.
2. You expect a growth company to be built a day after it has begun.
3. You do not take into account that every filing has been timely and accurate, even in shell status.
4. Most do not realize the time and expense to prepare an 8-K, 10Q or other SEC filings. I know that a Q filing is a minimum of 35K each quarter. I expect the 8-k is 3 times that much
5. Audited financials, which Tom is having prepared can take months at times. If the company being acquired is not squeaky clean,as is the case with many small retailers, they can take longer.
6. If you read the 8-k, you will see compliance as well as associations with lenders/creditors that are not even available to those that are not savvy enough to apply for them.
7. You will see a management team that is working to develop a systems and procedures platform that will work for multiple locations. Yes, sales will go down do to trial and error. But, so long as the entire scope of the project is addressed which does not dessicate bottom line numbers, that is fine.
8. This is a niche driven focus blend and will require a learning curve. This stock, if it executes and performs as expected will be an attractive buy at .02, .05, .10, .50,1.00 and so on. You pick your own level of tolerance.
9. If you think Tom is reading a message board to appease you people that are probably over extended, you are wrong, imo. He does have a fiduciary responsibility to do the right thing, but, not to build an entire company isn less than a week!
10. If you truly read the 8-K, you would understand that this mgmt team is way too involved with the right people to be at a loss for money.
IMO, when the dust settles, this stock will slowly tick upward and be a .10 cent stock within a month...with little fanfare...just investor's willing to invest in a possible large company.
