Ahhh .. yes, well ...

We never know Rudiger is actually Rudiger until he proves himself- by testing the 50ma ... perhaps that isn't made clear in the story.

Otherwise I would be buying everything at bottom new over the 5ma:)

Ideally, for me, I want to see the 50ma break off bottom- then wait and see it acting as support- then if new res is broken- that's when I pounce! lol
