I am not sure (maybe I am "rationalizing, since I am not aboard the bu$$), but the FTC decision is much less important than decisions related to the validity of the patents, which will come later, and the market may still view the European decision as a "crack in the dam"...we'll see. On island I see a bid of $2.35 and an ask of $28.75, I have no idea if that is "current or not", the halt (if there is one) might have halted order entries as well.
