You are correct and IMO they are milking this for all it's worth. I look for them to ratchet down the convert price when we get NO 10Q for the 3rd Quarter. Doesn't matter we are on the Pinks where reports are NOT required. It is in their loan contract period. When Basu and Swift get that done I look for this to move up. IF Pandey did ALL they claim then he would be locked up now. I do believe he took from the Basu Funds and he and his family lived off common shareholders for years but this report would NOT take this long unless Swift is completely clueless.

yes I agree they have no concern for the retail holder and am counting on their desire to make money by running the stock. I just have no idea when.
