lion, I do not know..I have not really watched the size of the trades here to formulate an opinnion...sorry, I am usually more diligent than that...I will do better..
I don't think they have started yet. Simply because when you are diluting you do not want competition at the bid. They knew that the 8-K was going to be lousy verses market perception and will likely wait to let it settle out before starting.
No diltuion by company...(IMO)manipulation by mm's and possibly large holder who likes to flip for 25-50% returns on their money.
IMO - the company is not about to dilute. just watch how effectively it is taken down and then allowed to rise again. Some of our investors have really large pockets and small hearts...
remember too, there are many investors and off shore hedge funds that do not operate within US regulatuions....
