If the O/S is just over 100 million, the market cap of $200,000 is obviously idiotic if their estimate of $310,000 in net income for 2007 is credible. The problem is that the way they've been diluting, no one knows where it stops. If management would issue a press release saying "O.K., we've got enough cash for the near term and we're done diluting", the price would more than likely shoot up like a skyrocket. Without that type of reassurance, investors will probably stay away in droves.
