Volume was quite heavy when the pps was climbing to $.10-$.15. Everyone who bought at those levels is deep under water. If and when the pps gets back to those levels many of the shareholders will be happy to exit and "break even." This always causes significant selling at key areas of resistance. That resistance can be overcome by NEW buying interest but the volume has to be HEAVY to overcome the aforementioned "overhead supply." Once all the sellers at $.10-$.15 can be eliminated, the pps will be free to run to new levels.
