Well, I think that they want it to be perceived that way and it might stop it from happening anymore in the future....

Can a NEW RULE, force an ILLEGAL ACT to be covered???
Naked Short Selling is ILLEGAL ACT, by covering those positions the CROOKS who opened those positions would be ADMITTING to doing so.........wouldn't they?????
Who in their right mind would raise their hand and say, "I did that illegal act and now I would like to pay it back"

I doubt we see any SHORT SQUEEZE for that reason and not to mention the fact that people have been predicting it for months on end but nothing has happened.
Best case, as I see it is............The Naked Shorting stops from here on out, and then the company stands up and releases some big news. Best of which IMO would be moving up to the BB and getting as far away from the pinks as possible.
Hope I am wrong and a MOASS does take place.......I would crap my pants!
BTW.....I bet they drop the PPS down huge in the last 10 minutes....you know they are planning a late day attack!!!!!! lets see..
