And that's partly why we are seeing a pps decline. Alot of people will only buy if they feel it's going to go up soon. It appears that mm's know that fear has infultrated here due to the 8k and OS even though there are restricted shares. so, the pps can be brought down on top of which some investors are selling because they see that no matter what is possible for growth and better #'s by Nov 15 or for Dr Gas - the negative or doubt emotions will keep the pps lower until the pr's. IMO Emotions rule here right now. There is also a group here who thinks we will fall to .001 /.002 area & that is causing some to sell as well because it's easier for a pps to be brought down, then to be brought up without facts on the table. Alot of investors have held and will hold. What affect that will have over the next few weeks ..don't know.
