You should know by now that doesn't matter to MMMARY. kloock has a contrary opinion to hers and therefore must be discredited at any cost. According to MMMARY ANYONE speaking positively about a company on her "hit list" is a paid promoter. Facts are irrelevant. Truth is ignored. Only her opinion matters.

BTW, the only reason you get punished and not her is because she holds a business plan she hacked from the site over Matt's head, threating to make it public if he doesn't let her do what she wants and making him delete suspend or terminate her opponents. I am not saying that you hadn't earned a suspension, just that you shouldn't have been the only one.

that is what counts. Kathy is his partner and she was also paid to promote. I don't care what she says about the "introduction" fee. The SEC docs say otherwise.

If anyone is compensated in any way shape or form for promoting, they should legally disclaim it. If someone like willy is promoting a stock because he has a ton of shares in it, he should and does disclaim it. TokyoJoe has to disclaim that he is promoting on his own account.

I even disclaimed that I have no shares and am not being compensated in any way shape or form. I did this because I'm honest.
