That would surprise the heck out of me... from everything that's transpired I suspect that this, like ALL other initiatives, is DEAD.

I am close to the belief that Malyshev, Parkin, Stevens, Emas, and all the other names we have had mention of in connection with this company, they all belong in the same category (read my lips!)

I would be ecstatic to be proved wrong.

Mr. Malyshev further stated, "As also promised in our press release dated October 9th, it remains our intention to release the independent valuation report of 100% of shares of OOO 'North West Oil Group - Saratov' next Tuesday."

Related bank structures have prepared all the documents, necessary for the credit department of the bank to make the decision on the financing of the purchase of "Saratovneftegeofizika". The decision will be made within 60 days. A preliminary confirmation of the credit department on the appropriation of $ 45 mln. on the basis of the feasibility study has been received, which can be found here. In case of a favourable decision in respect of the purchase of "Saratovneftegeofizika", the asset in question will be made part of NWOG Inc. with a view to increase Company capitalization necessary for accessing alternative stock markets.

60 Days was up by end of Sept. You'd think Mr Malyshev would be hopping by now to tell us the good news. Hopefully we'll hear about this sometime soon. I'd like to think that the New York office and special council etc have something to do with this being done, so they're coming to America with the goods.
