I can say that, according to Alex, "Gen2 is working hard on all areas of the business internationally. Unfortunately, they keep hitting walls and delays from potential customers and governments." [this is in an email to me today.]
Alex mentions how international business has it's tough product requirements that have to be met. So, hence the delays.
