An R/S now would completely obliterate this stock.
It has already been ravaged pretty good.
We will see shortly how smart a CEO this guy is.
If I were him I would start talking to the investors, explain the intentions of what was stated in the 8K.
Explain exactly what his plans are regarding the R/S.
If it truly is for the purpose of uplisting he should be able to say it clearly and concisely. There is a huge amount I think Hunsaker needs to address, and a real leader would take this by the horns and spell it out to his investors. Communication and clarity is absolutely paramount at this time. If he can't come to the table and give us the straight story right from his mouth, then there might be cause for concern moving forward.
A smart general doesn't sit and battleplan while under attack, he takes the offensive and controls the battle.
