I wouldn't expect there to be an immediate one... AERO has a lot of authorized shares it can dilute into the float first before they'd need to do a R/S... makes complete sense... why do a R/S w/in the next month when you have plenty of shares already to dilute?

The 8-k doesn't lie. Andrew is a paid puppet. I wouldn't believe anything these guys say, I'll go with the 8-k.
