A stock "trader" is not always a "dealer." Your prior post indicated somehow that the statute applied to traders. Where are traders covered?
Janice, you never answered. Does a hedge fund employee have to disclose his compensation when posting on a message board?
Again, I'm hoping to lose this argument but I don't see it. I'm happy if the result is full disclosure of compensation of any paid basher and enforcement for failing to do so.
