I said it was semantics in my initial post and you have proven that point in my opinion.

You want to define the issue and, by that, prove your point.

I've given you evidence and opinion. YOU disagree and ignore what I have written. That's your choice and I respect your right to do it, but, for the sake of others, why don't we cut the useless back and forth here.

I think we both know our respective opinions and that we each disagree with the other.
