I think we may have more agreement than disagreement. I think it is a question of percentages and degree. I have no answers, just questions.
That's the reason why I advocate full disclosure in this area, effective regulation and registration oversight of hedge funds, revamping the MM position and exception to NSS.
The answers are out there to all these questions. The industry fights full disclosure. And people on message boards surprisingly defend this lack of full disclosure.
