I am sure the NNRF management truly appreciates your invaluable input... Their IR person and IceMan "got you in touch with the right people" because they wanted to get rid of your rambling. The fact that ST didn't, only attests to his common sense, integrity and valor :-) (btw, the vacation time "issue" is mentioned in his August 27 newsletter and the Russian and American gvts are certainly not the only ones in the world requiring security clearances/compliance with trade laws/whatever else you mentioned, in relation to a nuclear related enterprise - figures).
For the first time ever, I would feel almost sorry for IceMan after reading about your "person to person" meetings with him :-)) - if I believed for a second that they actually happened.
