Yep, its hard to believe 50K or 60K is all the insiders have to show for the restricted shares at this point as well...I'm doubting the numbers that I got last week as well...Actually doubting the company more because they furnish the numbers to the t/a...Maybe it is just this cheap!...

Jazz, Nite could be accumulating shares sold while selling shares for the company at the same time...If you review the monthly share volume for each MM participant on the OTCBB site you will see that they are handling a whopping majority of the share volume transactions...

It doesn't look like another MM buyer could have bought anywhere near the recent share count increase for the months of August and September...

They can sell into any increase when the price is low and hold it down while the company is quiet...But if the company puts out some consistent good news then they can also hold and the price recovery could be very big very fast...

So it looks like the best thing to do May be to wait and hope for good news to eventually come out...Best of luck...LJ
