No I hadn't seen it. I knew something serious was coming though. Water rationing is going to common in the basin soon. I want to put a 500 gallon tank on the incoming water line as a reservoir. I just need to find a cistern that will do the job 'artfully'. Solar hot water on the roof to heat the water to be stored in the hot water heater, so it is already hot when it is put into it.
