I gather that what happened was some potential John Doe's screamed bloody murder and threatened to sue the seller if Z came into possession of their personal information. The seller reversed the award of the winning bid (presumably by Z), announced the site was no longer for sale and would be closed down. He apparently decided the meager proceeds were not worth the trouble he would get in exchange... understandable considering his lack of critical mass and means to fight off the warring parties.

It wasn't actually ZWEBNER who was the winning bidder for OTCFORUMS.com, but a current consultant to UCSY by the name of Howard Hager who allegedly placed the winning bid.

Subsequently, neither UCSY as a company, nor Mr. Hager as winning bidder ever paid the owner (123webcreations.com) of otcforums.com within the five day specified period, so......rightfully, otcforums.com has apparently temporarily closed the website down.
