GIGA--Very strong report out of China that Hunchun BaoLi Communication Co Ltd(Shanghai) is going to make a very large 8 figure investment in Giga- Tronics (GIGA). Same company that made an investment in SCON back in August. The stock rose last week and a filing could be made imminently.
