your parents got scam in buy this stock and paid to much for it. i feel sorry for them and you. they should never buy anything like this over a phone. it call boiler room call. the good news is that gbrc, the new company will be taking over soon and it stock will go on the america stock exchange . it should get go high in price and hopefuly you be able to sell the stock for good profit. do not let them buy anything over the phone again.

obviously your parents were scammed into buying MSRM stock. Some of these cold callers are masters of their trade. Having said that (even though I feel for them) there are two issues. One is the fact that they bought the shares and the second what to do to get them converted into GBRC.

Quite frankly, they are adults and making decisions for themselves sometimes good ones and sometimes bad ones and sometimes really stupid ones but still it's their decision; therefore they should blame themselves and not others for buying this stock and take the responsibility for that. If MSRM had gone up to 100 bucks would they have said them same thing and wanted their original money back? I don't think so.

The second issue is more tricky and I believe it is fraudulent not to be able to have access to the shares and getting them converted. This is a whole different story and I truly believe somebody should go to jail for that. I can only express my best wishes and hope this gets resolved for them in the best possible manner.
