Are you sure that we don't get the swoon? Friday was a breakdown on the NASDAQ (major distribution on distribution day 5).

Silver reconfirmed the 10/11 cup-and-handle breakout this morning, breaking to new local highs again. It is currently resisting the April 07 highs of about 14.10. Next resistance is 14.65 (Feb 07), then 14.94 (May 06).

The 1980 all-time high? $49.45

Zeev,

Gold closing in on that high now, up about $19 in the past 24 hours. Silver also joining Gold & Platinum by vaulting to a new 20 year high.

I know it won't last forever, but for now, riding the trend in GDX & SLV and scrounging whatever ugly jewelry we don't want to keep in order to jettison cargo near the top.
