Fred, because I had him membermarked, I read his last post on this board...therefore, I, too...didn't realize the end was near.
I wanted to tell those of you who were so close to him about my admiration for him as an astute market trader, and later for his courage.. but didn't as I was a stranger, after all.
In retrospect, I wish I would have.
