I've got a few suspects if you want them. I am an OTCBB trader by nature and therefore, I am not really interested in the ins and outs for every day trading. Rumor and news drive the market short term so that is what I concentrate on. But I've come across a few scams in my time. I liked one in particular. They issue CD's for $1M for a supposed acquisition, CD holders convert and run the price down, company changes name, symbol and reverse split and start all over again. I think they are on the third symbol/name change in the last 2 years. LOL! The number on the CD is always $1M, and the names of the investors are also always the same. I guess the have it down to a science!
