Unfortunately, the reason Canadians can't sell or buy is directly due to the actions (and non-actions) of the company. That's how it goes when a company misbehaves enough to become the focus of so much regulatory action and/or creates a situation (numerous corporate shells; i.e. musical chairs) which is so hard (if not impossible?) to understand or decipher.
