...posts can be removed when there is no problem at all with the post but the moderator just doesn't want the person posting on "their" board.

is this true? I thought the only posts removed from anywhere were violating TOU. It should be consistent whether it's a stock board or not.

I thought that'd been changed and that a post had to break a limited set of rules for a moderator to submit it for Matt's deletion-review.
