If Mr Berman and his family only own <150mm shares then they do not own the controlling interest in this stock. The rest of the stockholders do. The O/S is over 2.6 billion. We on the board here own more than what is reported that Mr Berman and his family own, and that is why it is surprising that he takes the position that he does that he doesn't need to answer any questions as to what he is doing or to the actions that he has taken. The current situation can be turned around if Mr Berman begins to inform the investors of current revelations and past developements and starts operating with transparncy. It is no longer acceptable to operate with misleading and veiled PR's and selective emails to individuals. JMHO
