Yea, you're right. But I'm even just talking about an entry-level production clerk who tracks the 150 or however many wells they have. 30k per year or so and have someone track the leases and production. Is that too much? If it is then I've misunderstood what ALRY reports they have.

I'm sure RHWS knows exactly what wells they've serviced...

I agree with what you say. However, there's no way they would tell us they're hiring someone else...or even who it would be. I hope they have some good accountants and collectors. And I hope they're in the process of auditing their financials.

If Larry wants ALRY to be good he can stay on the pinksheets, but if he wants it to be GREAT that's going to have to start soon. I'm not saying today, but soon.

Now that they have revenues (atleast what we think are revenues) they have the funds to bring in some additional people and resources. I think we'll see an increase in staff before Christmas. And if they're worried about keeping them busy through the holiday and slow season, then hire temps...or contract workers and pay them to work for a few months and thats it. Hell I'll fly there myself and give them a hand, that's how much I believe in this company.

This is a suggestion that I made some time ago that Larry is a great guy and knows the operations side of the business but if they can't provide leadership with transparency to the market (that's us) then it does not matter how good the operations, they will never get the capital to grow the business. No they will continue to print under valued stock driving down the price etc. Bringing on Rex was great but it would have been a wonderful time to bring on a CEO to provide the business acumen needed for the next step in the growth of this company.

I like the company, there is opportunity or I would not be here, it must be nurtured and presented in the best light.

PS the whole debate over the whether the monthly production numbers were in the PR or from JC's bat phone is all academic.
