It bounced from $23.59 like a charm today, and yest $23.80 could be good, but I really think that longer term, if $21.5 is breached you are looking at going back to $15 and maybe worse. I am not in a position to determine how important is the legal setback suffered in Europe, to me, it is like a crack in the dam, it means the armor of IP might not be as strong as thought, or we are underestimating the power (political and other) of the big boys to influence the European and our own legal system (Payne's call, in my humble opinion, where not legally motivated, but politically motivated).
