If memory serves me right about a year or so ago, I remember PA requesting that shareholders cert their shares in order to fend off NSS, Then PBLS establishes the program for common share swaps for DIVI paying (or as it turned out NON-DIVI paying) shares. Pretty convenient to prepare everyone in advance to have their shares certed prior to the swap. I wonder if this was just coincidence or calculated?
Then as checks are bouncing and layoffs are occuring and the walls appear to be crumbling, PA PR's that false and misleading statements presented to the public via chat rooms are responsible for the PPS decline and those responsible will be dealt with. Another coincidence or a calculated way of keeping disgruntled, layed off employees from spilling their guts.
Truth is always a defense, so if thre is someone reading this, that can substantiate their comments with fact, not feeling, please speak up. I've been long for over 2 years, can't loose too much more as there's not much left.
If this company isn't a scam then someone needs to squash all the rumors with fact. Come on PA or RB tell it like it is, good or bad, but just facts. All of the unknowns are the reason for the demise of the PPS.
