Wouldn't you think that "just cause" to ban someone from posting on a board would be violating the User Agreement? And if the behavior was that bad, wouldn't that person be suspended or terminated from the site anyway?
OTOH, may this is a way to try out censored, semi-private boards. Hmmm, hasn't this been tried on other "investor" sites?
