gt, I think they are required to file a form 4 within a certain number of days...but I do not readily recall the timeframe requirement...

That depends on the number of shares outstanding and the % holdings that the insider carries....JF would have to file because he owns (at least based on 32M OS, 22% of shares)...once his percent holdings drops to less than 5% then he no longer has to file to sell shares.
