If it were up to me, it wouldn't be until a civil, mature email had been written conveying at least a little remorse for past activity (down to specific activities) and plausible assurances the same wouldn't continue.

But you know what's so cool about this job? That I can say "That's *your* problem, dude! Do what you think is best and deal with the rewards or consequences." Ahhhh.... Nice. :)

Back to work. Got SQL Server running fine here as well as Visual Studio, but can't seem to get the help system installed, and I need it badly. Once I learn how to connect to the table I'm working with, I'm off to the races.

Okay. In my opinion you need to ask yourself is Ihub in this last week without dealing with his posts more of what you visioned for at the start? Can joe bring anything to IHUB? After reading about his 9 aliases on rb and how he likes to go to boards and randomly attack people do you feel he can leave that at rb? Remember this isn't hearsay.
Joe said this himself. Just some thoughts.

He found a little trick to allow himself to post.

I made a little change. He should have zero access to the site now..even the jail.

Curious to see if it worked.

If so, we'll see what a site without Joe is like for a week or so.

i agree with northwesterner - when let back in on a limited basis (in jail) make him prove to the majority that he can live in a civilized society
