All they have to do is set up a Board on the LOUNGE to discuss stuff...ostensibly about whether the moon is made of cheese, just like AWK has already done, and voila...they have their private board. Problem as I see it is that the members of boards such as those can post crap about people they don't like and, if that person is banned, they cannot reply. You need to have boards hidden if you are going to give MODS or their ASSistants the ability to ban people. IMHO.

At first glance, it would seem that the result is that every premium board becomes a de facto private board.
