Might want to look into trading the e-minis. Ain't none of those daytrading rules. For the ES (SPX), it's only $2000 a contract for trading intrady, bumps to $4000 to hold over night and is $50 per point. Very liquid and easy to get in and out. Plus you can short without and uptick.

Also you can do 3 daytrades in every 5 and still not be labeled a daytrader.
