I didn't exactly not see this. On the contrary, I hit the buy with ETrade and they said my account was on liquidation only status! I called and they said, "oh we need a W8 BEN form since you're Canadian for the tax treaty." I said, gee, you just noticed after 6 months? So I sent the form, but it takes five days for them to process it. Shoulda just opened with ETrade Canada, but I was in LA at the time.
