Matt -- it's been SO peaceful on the board with JM gone. If you do let him back in, only to the jailhouse, please, until he demonstrates over an extended period of time that he's ready to be a positive influence. By OUR definition, not by His -- he still thinks he's the main man on IH. But things have grown just fine without him, new boards popping up. Can't argue with success, can you?
Bottom line is, make him prove himself a positive poster before he's given any sort of free rein.
