.0040 is the 52 week low. If it goes below .0040, then a new 52 week low will be set and we will have to go through a whole new set up, including retesting it. If it holds .0040, then a double bottom will have been established and it will be up from off of the double bottom. With reports due, and the progress that the company has been making, I think we have a double bottom; but only time will tell. Cross your fingers boys. Hold that .0040.
