Michguz

All true what you said. I owned another small company about ten years ago that was a reseller of off lease cars via the internet. They had one major auto client at the time. They had a new concept but were desperately in need of financing. They entered into a transaction for something like $5 million in financing, but there were many strings attached. It diluted the heck out of the float. The stock when from over $7 to around ten cents or so. Then they did a reverse split. You see, the SEC filings show that the paying off of debt but the number of outstanding shares has balooned, causing massive dilution. When this stops I don't know. The last PR on the subject said we were close to paying off our debt, but what is "close"? Obviously with 40 million shares traded the other day on that fluff PR means dilution, at least my view, is still ongoing. Nothing good is going to happen until it stops. Maybe it continues until this is .0010. Who knows, maybe it stops tomorrow. My greatest fear, however, is that they do a reverse split and we start the process all over again. All I know is the common retail shareholders is the one getting screwed here.
