I respect your assessment DK, but I confidently take exactly the opposite stance on pretty much all your points.

In particular, you are portraying this as some kind of contest where the winner takes home all the marbles.

I feel I could fill several pages with convincing arguments about why Frank's ingenious approach is going to make us all very happy as shareholders...but must pass for now - Too tied up.
