That 'form' may be good for many, but "honest" management has a lot to do with what has happened here. They did their best to inform shareholders, right? I'm sure you agree with me. After all, there were less that 400 million shares outstanding when i first invested. Is all still peachy JF?
its qyite simple my friend..do the technical analysis i.e. knowing the share structure, knowing the history, knowing its competitors and where the company stands in comparison..
